We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items for a refund under our 100-day money-back guarantee.

How to start a return

Email Help@officialvibraze.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Pack items securely in original packaging where possible.

Use a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for items until we receive them.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right and cover return shipping for confirmed issues.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Include all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.

Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine).
Items returned used, damaged, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund reflecting diminished value.
Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Original shipping charges (what you paid to receive the order) are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Return shipping costs

Customer-paid for change-of-mind returns.

Vibraze-paid for confirmed defective/incorrect items.
International customers: any customs duties/taxes paid on import are not refunded by Vibraze. You may be able to claim them back from your local customs office (where applicable).
UK & EU customers – your statutory rights
If you’re a UK/EU consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for most online purchases. If you exercise this right and return the product in accordance with the law:

We’ll refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost (if charged).

You’re responsible for the cost of returning the goods (we tell you this in advance here).

We may deduct for any handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Our 100-day guarantee is in addition to (and does not affect) your statutory rights.
US customers
Our 100-day money-back guarantee applies to US orders under the eligibility rules above. State/federal consumer laws may provide additional rights which we respect.
Non-exchange policy
We don’t process exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Address & processing
Please do not send returns without an RMA email from us — our warehouse cannot accept unidentified parcels. The return address and any specific instructions will be provided in our reply.
