We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items for a refund under our 100-day money-back guarantee.

How to start a return

  1. Email Help@officialvibraze.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging where possible.

  4. Use a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for items until we receive them.

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right and cover return shipping for confirmed issues.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine).

Items returned used, damaged, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund reflecting diminished value.


Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered to us, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

  • Original shipping charges (what you paid to receive the order) are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer-paid for change-of-mind returns.

  • Vibraze-paid for confirmed defective/incorrect items.

International customers: any customs duties/taxes paid on import are not refunded by Vibraze. You may be able to claim them back from your local customs office (where applicable).


UK & EU customers – your statutory rights

If you’re a UK/EU consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for most online purchases. If you exercise this right and return the product in accordance with the law:

  • We’ll refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost (if charged).

  • You’re responsible for the cost of returning the goods (we tell you this in advance here).

  • We may deduct for any handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Our 100-day guarantee is in addition to (and does not affect) your statutory rights.


US customers

Our 100-day money-back guarantee applies to US orders under the eligibility rules above. State/federal consumer laws may provide additional rights which we respect.


Non-exchange policy

We don’t process exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


Address & processing

Please do not send returns without an RMA email from us — our warehouse cannot accept unidentified parcels. The return address and any specific instructions will be provided in our reply.
